Climate Consultancy
Most organisations do not fail at ambition, they fail at execution. We combine carbon accountants, reporting specialists and sector engineers in one team so measurement, strategy and disclosure are built on the same numbers.
The engagement
Fragmented advisory is the most common source of restated numbers. We keep baseline, target-setting, reduction planning and disclosure under a single methodology so each stage builds on the last.
Sector expertise
Sector-specific climate strategy grounded in operational reality, material risks and the standards that matter.
Global alignment
We map climate work to recognised frameworks so decisions, disclosures and claims travel with confidence.
India’s mandatory ESG disclosure framework for listed entities.
EU embedded-emissions reporting and carbon-cost readiness for exporters.
The global foundation for corporate Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventories.
A robust framework for quantifying and verifying greenhouse gases.
Consistent product carbon footprint measurement and communication.
A management system for continuous energy performance improvement.
Target-setting aligned with current climate science and sector pathways.
Impact-focused sustainability reporting for broad stakeholder needs.
Investor-facing climate disclosure and environmental performance scoring.
Governance, strategy, risk and metrics for climate-related financial risk.
A global baseline for investor-focused sustainability disclosures.
A structured basis for substantiated carbon-neutrality claims.
How we work
A connected ten-stage engagement that moves from discovery to continuous performance monitoring — with clear decisions and ownership at every step.

Transformation stage
Align on business priorities, stakeholders, organisational boundaries and the decisions the engagement must enable.
Tangible outputs
Practical deliverables built for operators, executives, investors and assurance teams—not documents that sit on a shelf.
A traceable baseline with boundaries, factors and assumptions documented.
A complete emissions ledger structured for review and assurance.
Decision-ready visibility across entities, sites and emission sources.
A sequenced pathway connecting targets, owners, timing and investment.
Prioritised interventions modelled for impact, feasibility and cost.
Quality criteria, portfolio design and claims guardrails.
Disclosure-ready outputs mapped to relevant reporting frameworks.
A repeatable cadence for data refresh, controls and performance review.
Flexible analysis that turns complex climate data into action.
An integrated model
Advisory is stronger when data, technology, markets and execution work as one system.

Questions
For a single-entity organisation with reasonable data hygiene, a Scope 1 and 2 baseline typically lands within four to six weeks. Scope 3 depends almost entirely on supplier data availability and is usually phased across categories rather than attempted in one pass.
No. The advisory practice works with whatever systems you already have, including spreadsheets. The platform removes repeat manual effort in later cycles, but it is not a prerequisite for a first engagement.
Yes. We build inventories to be assurance ready from the outset, maintain the evidence trail auditors ask for, and support you through the verifier’s queries. We do not provide the assurance opinion ourselves, as that would be a conflict of interest.
That is the normal starting point. We begin with documented estimates and clear uncertainty flags, then replace them with primary data over subsequent cycles. A transparent estimate beats an undocumented precise-looking number.
