Verified supply
Every project is screened and every credit is matched to its registry serial before it can be listed.
BNZ X

BNZ X connects project developers, asset owners, traders and corporate buyers through a transparent marketplace built for discovery, pricing and settlement — every listing carries its registry serial, vintage and methodology, so you know exactly what you are trading before you commit.

Who trades on BNZ X
BNZ X serves both sides of the environmental asset market.
Asset classes
The same three asset classes trade on both sides of BNZ X — browse live listings, or bring comparable inventory to market.
For buyers
For buyers
Most buyers still transact over spreadsheets, with pricing they cannot benchmark and provenance they cannot verify. BNZ X replaces that with a transparent order book and registry-connected settlement.

I-RECs
An International REC is the accounting record for a single megawatt hour of renewable generation. It is the instrument behind a credible Scope 2 market-based claim, and it is retired once so the attribute can never be counted twice.

EPR Credits
Extended Producer Responsibility makes the producer accountable for the material they put on the market. EPR credits are the proof that an equivalent tonnage was collected and recycled through authorised channels.
Producer liability is calculated from material placed on the market in the compliance year.
Registered agencies channel post-consumer waste back from the field into the formal stream.
Authorised recyclers process the material and log verified throughput against the plant licence.
EPR credits are generated, serialised and made available to offset the producer obligation.

Every EPR credit on BNZ X is traceable to a licensed recycler, a processed tonnage and a compliance year, so the certificate you file stands up to a regulator asking where the material actually went.

Questions
Supply is sourced from the major independent registries. Each listing shows its issuing registry and serial range so you can verify it independently before purchase.
Projects are screened on methodology, additionality, permanence and leakage risk, and we surface the underlying documentation rather than reducing quality to a single score you cannot interrogate.
Yes. Credits can be held in your portfolio and retired later against a specific reporting period or claim.
Forward and offtake arrangements are handled through our trading desk rather than the open order book. Contact us to discuss structure and terms.
Project developers and asset owners can bring inventory to market through BNZ X — submit your project and registry information, and our team will work with you on eligibility, positioning and access to buyers on the platform.
Yes. BNZ X is built as a two-sided marketplace — project developers and asset owners can bring verified inventory to market alongside the existing buyer-side listings.
Carbon credits, I-RECs and EPR credits — the same three asset classes available to buyers on the platform.
Listed inventory is discoverable to the corporate buyers, traders and institutions already active on BNZ X, so sellers are not limited to their own existing buyer network.
Bulk and block transactions are supported through our trading desk. Contact us to discuss volume, structure and timing.
BNZ X provides reference pricing by project type and vintage, so both sides of a transaction can approach negotiation with market context rather than pricing in the dark. We do not guarantee a specific sale price.
Yes — I-RECs are one of the three asset classes supported on both the buy and sell side of the marketplace.
Yes — EPR credits (plastic, e-waste, battery and tyre streams) can be brought to market through BNZ X alongside carbon credits and I-RECs.
Whether you are sourcing verified supply or bringing your own inventory to market, we will walk you through BNZ X against your actual mandate.
